Return & Exchange Policy
Overview
Our return and exchange policy lasts for 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain goods are exempt from returns, such as perishable items.
To process your return, we will require proof of purchase or a receipt.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- If the customer wishes to return a product without accepting it after dispatch.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund: First, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before the refund is reflected.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@printprops.in

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted twice from your total refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
