Terms and Conditions
By ordering from PrintProps.in (‘PrintProps.in’), an online portal/property belonging to Mr. Anuj Gupta, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. PrintProps.in reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Site Access
We do everything within our power to ensure that the site is available 24 hours each day. We are not liable if the site becomes unavailable for any length of time for any reason. Site access may be temporarily suspended without notice in situations involving maintenance, system failure, repair, or due to unexpected occurrences outside of our control.
Order Processing, Payments, Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- The order will be confirmed for further processing only after we receive full payment for the same.
- Every order is subject to site acceptance. Upon acceptance, we will provide an Order Confirmation and allocate a distinct Order Number.
- All sales are final.
- Since we sell customized products, no order cancellation request shall be accepted.
- Since each product is handcrafted and unique, irregularities in weave, print, or stitching shall not be considered as defects. Handloom by definition includes a degree of variation.
- No refunds shall be processed.
- However, we will reproduce your order if we verify that we have made an error.
- We must be notified within 72 hours of delivery of any defects.
- We may request that you return 100% of a defective order within 5 business days before we agree to redo your order.
- PrintProps.in will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns.
Liability for Errors
We are not liable for errors committed by you during the process of personalizing a product. These errors may include, but are not limited to, the following: misspelling, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, or image resolution.
Artwork & Photographs
- By submitting an artwork or photograph for use in a custom product, you certify that you have the right to use the artwork or photographs in your files.
- You agree not to upload any files consisting of the following: material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability; material that could infringe on the rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights without the owner’s permission.
- We will refuse an order that, in our opinion, infringes the rights of a 3rd party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.
Shipping
- We will ship out your order within 7 to 10 business days to ensure it reaches its destination within 10 to 15 business days.
- The transit time of 3 days is an estimate, and we are not liable for delays caused by our shipping partner.
- We currently ship to all major cities and towns in India.
- If the product you ordered is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge to you.
- For International orders, additional shipping charges will be applicable as per the cost. These orders may also take longer to deliver.
- Vendors will be responsible for shipping their products within the specified time.
- Shipping charges will be borne by the vendor/seller.
- Shipping is only available within India.
User Restrictions
- You must be of legal age to use our site.
- You must provide a valid email address and other necessary information to complete your order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
Hold Harmless
The customer agrees to defend and hold PrintProps.in harmless in any lawsuit or court action brought against PrintProps.in by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), liabilities, or losses resulting from PrintProps.in acting as the customer’s agent, using copy, photographs, or illustrations that are alleged by others to be degrading, libellous, or harmful to their reputations or which infringe on a trademark, trade name, service mark, or copyright. The customer accepts full responsibility for any such content provided to PrintProps.in.
Cardholder Payment Liability
We, as a merchant, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction, due to the cardholder exceeding their preset limit as mutually agreed between us and the acquiring bank.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrintProps.in and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from your use of PrintProps.in. You also certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use the image(s) being reproduced as part of your order.
Third Parties
If you use this site to submit requests on behalf of a 3rd party, you are responsible for any errors in the accuracy of information provided. You must inform the 3rd party of all applicable terms, including rules and restrictions.
You agree to indemnify and hold each Covered Party harmless from any liabilities or losses resulting from your failure to fulfill any obligations described herein. You are directly responsible for any request submitted, including related fees and charges.
Account Termination
Your access to PrintProps.in may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrintProps.in. They supersede any prior agreements regarding the subject matter and may not be amended except in writing or by making such amendments available on this site. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
Governing Law
The laws of India shall govern these Terms and Conditions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad for disputes arising from the use of this site.
